Service Description

A 75 minute practice starting with some conscious breathing ( pranayama ) to centre. Gentle stretching to warm up then moving on to more fluid movement ( Vinyasa flow ) Linking breath to movement. Slowing down , deeper stretching then ending with a 10 minute relaxation (savasana). This class suitable for most levels but not total beginners.
