Service Description
Yoga Nidra or 'Yogic sleep' is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping like the 'going to sleep stage' induced by a guided meditation. This ancient teaching from India is powerfully relaxing and there is evidence that it helps relieve stress. You either lay for sit supported in a warm, quiet place and literally listen to the script being read. The scripts are anything from 30 to 40 minutes long.
